- We accept payments through Paypal.
- We begin manufacturing within 24 hours from clearing of your payment, regrettably cancellations are not accepted after that frame of time.
- For custom orders, please provide a valid email address where you'll be receiving the adjusted invoice through Paypal
Manufacturing & Shipping
- About our LEAD TIME: Most of our items are made to order, expressly for you, please allow the necessary time for manufacturing as stated in every listing plus delivery. True artisans take pride in the quality of their creations and time in conveying that in every detail. Working with recycled materials involves time consuming procedures to prepare the wood before the end result can be achieved. We don't delegate any part of the manufacturing process in order to guarantee quality consistency, our lead time is a natural result of it.
- We ship from California with FedEx Ground Service or with USPS First Class/Priority Post Service for selected parcels. You may require a different shipping service of your preference, but please contact us to define any possible additional costs. Please note that tracking number is included in your shipping charges with any carrier, as is insurance for items shipped through Fedex. PLEASE NOTE: Fedex may require a signature upon delivery on selected items based on insured value.
- We ship to the address indicated on your Paypal invoice, PLEASE make sure of its accuracy.
- We put a lot of care and attention in the packaging of your item to make sure it will be protected during shipping, although we use, whenever possible, recycled packaging materials, your costs contribute to that. PLEASE try to recycle our packing material as much as possible, let's keep it circulating :)
- We care for our products and handle them with love and attention, however....the shipping carriers sometimes don't , SO:
carrier return it.
~If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
~If damage to the item has occurred, do NOT discard the packaging and please contact us within 48 hours of
receipt so that we may report it to the carrier and request an inspection of the parcel and packaging
materials; a claim will then be filed for compensation. In order to file an insurance claim, photos MUST be
taken of the inner & outer packaging and item's damage.
- ~NO non-authorized repairing costs will be reimbursed.
- International buyers contact us before placing your order to define shipping costs. Please be aware that you may be subject to additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.
Refunds & Returns
- It's our privilege to satisfy your needs and try to meet your taste and preferences. In order to do that we offer you a vast choice of colors, sizes and styles to pick from at the moment of purchase and detailed information in every listing. However, if any mistake is made along the way from our part we are always happy to communicate with you and exchange your item for something closer to your expectations or open a store credit in your name.

- Regrettably shipping fees are NOT going to be included in the credit and we are not able to cover for the costs of returns.
- We cannot accept cancellations on custom and personalized creations, or on large items, under any circumstance.
WARRANTY TERMS
- This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured and sold by Stil Novo Design.
- Please note the warranty period cannot extend more than 90 days from the delivery of the item(s)
- Our warranty will cover only products that prove faulty because of defective materials, improper workmanship, strictly under correct handling, installing, assembling, use and maintenance of the item(s)
- During the warranty period Stil Novo Design will either repair or replace at no charge products or part of products that comply with our warranty terms. Alternatively, we will reimburse only pre-authorized repairs performed by a third party at the location of the item. NO non-authorized repairing costs will be reimbursed.
- Shipping costs related to the returning of the item for repairs, return or exchange are the buyer's responsibility.
- In case of damage during shipping/freight transit and delivery:
~Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the
carrier return it.
~If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
~If damage to the item has occurred during shipping, do NOT discard the packaging and please contact us
within 48 hours of receipt so that we may report it to the carrier and request an inspection of the parcel and
packaging materials; a claim will then be filed for compensation.

- When an item is received broken a claim must be submitted with the shipping/freight company used for the delivery and reimbursement of the item's cost is contingent on the successful result of the claim.
- Shipping costs are refunded only if a claim with the carrier is filed and approved.
- What is NOT covered under our Warranty:
~Damage resulting from improper handling, installing, assembling, use or maintenance of the item, and not
resulting solely from defects in material or workmanship.
~Theft of a product
~Loss of a product
~Natural disasters or weather damage
~Non-authorized repairing costs.
~Shipping/freight costs.
