This is Stil Novo Design’s exclusive solid white oak large bench.
Our ‘Ponte Vecchio’ bench is entirely made with recycled oak staves from wine fermentation large barrels, vats, tanks.
Our solid bench is a perfect combination of practicality, comfort, originality and sophistication; it can be integrated in any room of the house and will blend with any style of interior décor, from rustic to modern.
This stunning bench makes a truly unique and practical piece of home décor.
By using the natural curve of a stave from a hefty fermentation cask, we are able to create this particularly smooth and ‘silky’ silhouette for the top seat and legs, while using the actual metal hoop from the barrels to create the decorative arch under the seat.
The bench can be finished in any color of your choice to match your linkings and existing furniture, while the underside side of the staves is finished a rich ‘cherry chocolate’ color to complement the natural staining of the red wine previously held in the barrels. The one featured in the listing is in golden oak color.
